Service Center CSCS TX ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operations Analyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancements Demonstrated ability to persuade others to change existing processes and practices Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure operational consistency Design, run, test, and upgrade systems, tools, and processes. Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-based decision-making across entire center portfolio Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions Lead or support capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion Comprehends applicable health and safety requirements and regulations Perform other duties to meet the needs of the business. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of process design methods, tools and software Strong sense of owning the recommendation and implementation Excellent structured problem solving skill including documentation of complex data sets for actionable trends Ability to determine course of action based on guidelines and to modify processes and methods as needed High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner and to tailor content to the audience.
